As former D1 basketball players, we have found that training and working out is so much more than just physical. In a world of fast fads and unfulfilling trends, we truly believe that the small, disciplined habits are what will change your life. Our coaching focuses on a holistic approach to strengthening all aspects of the person. There is no fast track to wellness, but finding sustainable habits that are tailored towards your lifestyle is what will provide lasting results.
Being 6’2", we have always been very long and lanky. We were told if we wanted to continue playing basketball at a high level, we needed to gain muscle. It wasn’t until college that we finally started putting on muscle... because D1 workouts are NO JOKE. Overtraining wasn't a sustainable approach, though, and we found ourselves feeling so inflamed. In our post-playing days, we have found a balance to living a healthy, active lifestyle where we LOVE training to feel strong but also enjoy life!
